Refund & Shipping Policy
These policies apply to goods and services paid for through the website including, but not limited to, payment for membership, events and COTA publications.
A confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received; shipping of goods and tickets will be as follows:
• Unless otherwise stated shipping will be via Australia post
• Unless otherwise stated the price quoted is inclusive of shipping and handling
• Tickets and publications will be posted within 48 hours of receipt of payment
• Membership applications will be processed within 48 hours of payment, the new membership card should be received within approximately two weeks of payment
It is not standard practice to offer refunds for goods and services, except as required by the law; however, in mitigating circumstances this may be offered at the discretion of the management.
